Appreciative Inquiry
We are experts in a new and exciting methodology – and we encourage groups to investigate an Appreciative Approach – using Appreciative Inquiry.
Appreciative Inquiry is a way of being and interacting. It is a process for facilitating positive change in human systems. AI begins by identifying this positive core and connecting to it in ways the heighten energy and inspire action for change.
As AI consultant Bernard J. Mohr says, “Problems get replaced with innovation as conversations increasingly shift toward uncovering the institution’s positive core.”
Tony Clarke has been to the previous two World Appreciative Inquiry Conferences, UJ in 2015 and recently in Nice, France 2019. We are learning more and more that positivity is a powerful tool for reshaping organizations & implementing change that is sustainable!
